“凯格尔训练,主要针对盆底肌。盆底肌是指封闭骨盆底的肌肉群,它就像是一张吊网,尿道、膀胱、阴道、子宫、直肠等脏器被这张网紧紧的吊住,从而维持正常位置,以便行使其发挥功能。我后面会教你们11个动作,配合小号弹力球来完成训练。”
                                                                                                                                                                “提肛训练,针对的是耻骨和尾骨的肌肉群。这个训练,你们要在日常生活中自己完成。”
                                                                                                                                                                “那要怎么做呀?”
                                                                                                                                                                “站、躺、坐、趴均可练习。动作很简单,就是紧闭尿道、阴道及肛门。比如尿急时却找不到洗手间时的闭尿动作,或者类似于排尿时突然有意识地停止排尿。要领是……持续收缩肌肉5秒钟,然后放松5秒钟,逐日增加练习次数至每天100次。”
                                                                                                                                                                “那走T台步有什么效果?”夏禾问道。
                                                                                                                                                                “走T台步时,需要有意识地绷紧大腿内侧及会阴部肌肉,累了就放松一会儿,然后重复练习。动作要领是双脚脚掌呈1字形,走在一条线上,形成一定幅度的扭胯,这个会有女教练专业指导。”
                                                                                                                                                                等高桐讲解完毕,颜若柔就问道:“如果坚持练习3个月,会不会让阴道非常紧、非常有吸力呀?”
                                                                                                                                                                高桐说道:“一般年轻的女性,阴道本身就不会太松弛,经过3个月的专业训练后,肯定会非常紧密,如果能坚持半年以上,或许都能恢复到处女的状态,甚至在力度上,比处女更有优势。”
