                                                                                              我直接走到销售部经理的门前,敲门之后推门而入。销售部经理是一个平头,30岁左右,此刻正无聊地看着报纸,见我进来,放下报纸抬头看着我:“请问——你是?”
                                                                                                                                                                我自报家门:“我是星海晚报的发行员……”
                                                                                                                                                                话还没有说完,那销售经理就连连摆手:“我这里是销售部,不管订报纸,你要订报纸去找公司办公室好了……”
                                                                                                                                                                报业大战,很多单位都被上门订报纸的弄烦了。
                                                                                                                                                                我笑了下,自顾坐在他对面的椅子上,说:“经理,我一个亲戚想购买这里的房子,委托我来咨询一下的。”
                                                                                                                                                                我知道,我必须找到一个理由让自己留下来,和他展开谈话,这是整个计划成功的前提。
                                                                                                                                                                经理一听,态度顿时就好起来,站起来热情地给我倒了一杯水,道歉地说:“哦……对不起,我把你当成来订报纸了,我这里经常有来推销报纸的,快赶上推销保险的了,房子都还卖不动,哪里有闲心看报纸啊,也没闲钱捣鼓这事。”
                                                                                                                                                                说着,经理热情地把楼盘的宣传广告画册递给我。
                                                                                                                                                                我一板正经认真地看着楼盘宣传画册,然后接过经理递过来的一颗烟,摸起桌子上的打火机点着,狠狠吸了两口。妈的,财政紧张,我好几天没烟抽了,憋坏了。
