                                                                                                                                                                我定了定神,说:“市场经济时代,基本都是买方市场,报纸是商品,旅游同样也是商品,只是类别不同,和客户打交道的时候,首先需要领先客户一步,必须要注意3个问题:一,我是否已经考虑到了客户的全部需求;二,客户的下一个需求是什么;三,如何让客户满意!”
                                                                                                                                                                “嗯……具体说一下!”
                                                                                                                                                                我端起旁边的水杯喝了一口,然后说:“领先客户一步的首要当然是观察客户,这就要求目光敏锐,行动迅速,就拿喝茶这个日常生活中最常见的例子来说,你必须要观察到:哪个客户喜欢喝绿茶,哪个客户喜欢喝红茶,哪个客户喜欢喝白开水,哪个客户喝得快,哪个客户喝得慢……
                                                                                                                                                                “观察客户主要是从他的年龄、穿着、谈话内容、肢体语言、行为、态度这几个方面来进行……当然,观察客户的时候表情要轻松,不要紧张不安或者扭扭捏捏,更不能表现地太过分,像是在监视或者对他本人很感兴趣一样,除非是你别有企图。”
