                                                                                                                                                                “我们老板已准备一瓶六十年的古越龙山花雕,正在加热和为话梅去掉核心,而两瓶千禧年的法国马尔戈红酒在透气,另外九八年份的马尔戈白酒准备端上。”“哦?周老板,菜单中有鲜蚝或刺身之类的美食吗?”我好奇的问周通老板说。“龙生师傅,你竟然猜中还有鲜蚝这道菜,其实这些鲜蚝是我从美国订回来自己享用的,所以没有例在菜单上,怕你们见笑…”周通老板说。
                                                                                                                                                                “哦!见什么笑嘛!能有机会品尝到美国生蚝,感激还来不及,亦肯定不会是普通的生蚝,要不然你怎会只舍得吃,而不舍得卖呀!对了,您免去梁医生那一份,她不适宜食用生冷的物品,另外请给她杯果汁,或是什么参茶之类饮品。”我说。“谢谢!我有白开水行了。”梁医生回答说。
                                                                                                                                                                “来!换一杯上等的参茶给梁医生。”周通老板吩咐另一个侍应说。“老板,还是让我亲自…”经理说完即刻转身走向水吧。
                                                                                                                                                                “龙生,进来之后,有什么特别发现吗?”江院长问我说。“我刚进来便发现这个鱼池很特别,刚才看了点菜单,可以肯定周老板显然以海鲜做招牌,而不再以烤鹅为主题,形象转换的信心,真令我敬佩万分,一般食店的老板,绝不敢将镇店之菜打入冷宫,实属勇气可嘉呀!”我说。
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           “佩服!龙生师傅的大名,果然名不虚实,现在生意难做,不求进步的话,什么镇店之菜也是假的,尤其是现在医学的发达,人人保健概念增强,烧烤类的食品,很难留得住顾客,所以烤鹅这道菜,已不能当主题,与时并进嘛!”周通老板叹气的说。“什么?烤烧鹅不做生招牌之用?这里的顾客不是为这道菜而来的吗?”章敏惊讶的问周通老板说。
