                                                                                                                                                                调心,根据冥想法矫正内心的混乱之气。”方程听着,觉得和“清心诀”的呼吸方法有类似之处,于是也认真听起来。郝春鹃继续道:“我今天教大家的是‘拜日式连续动作’。”她自己先作了一系列的动作,然后边做动作边解说,让众人跟着她做。
