一大块五花三层的猪肉放在水里煮,里面加上点花椒大料和葱姜,煮熟了以后剁碎。加上粉条和韭菜末,然后加上很少的熟油,拌在一起做馅。包出来的饺子一点也不油腻,馅料爽滑,入口鲜香爽口。其实,这是河北的一种做法,突出的就是熟肉做馅,跟煸馅不同的是一点也不油腻,非常爽口。
                                                                                                                                                                “怎么样?不比三鲜馅差吧?”我拍了拍鼓鼓的肚子,坐在那里洋洋得意。
                                                                                                                                                                “好吃,又是你发明的?”白玲笑眯眯的问我。
                                                                                                                                                                “那是,我哥是谁呀~”张晶撑的比我厉害。
                                                                                                                                                                “错了,这是我老家的做法,河北农村都这么做。”
                                                                                                                                                                “啊……你老家是河北的?”白玲问我。
                                                                                                                                                                “是啊!你也是?”
                                                                                                                                                                “不是,我老家是苏州。”白玲回答我。
                                                                                                                                                                “我老家是吉林。”张晶也凑热闹。
