                                                                                                                                                                在老人的脚下,有一个石眼,不知道是人为凿刻出来的,还是天然形成的,也不知道石眼有多深。不过,在石眼口有一条条的小红绳,老人扯着一条红绳,拽出来了一个透明的玻璃瓶,里面装着的是什么酒啊?他拿过酒盅,小心翼翼地倒了一盅,就推到了贾思邈的面前。

                                                                                                                                                                那老人得意道:“尝尝,看味道怎么样?”
                                                                                                                                                                贾思邈又喝了一小口,吧唧了两下,这才道:“我以前,在巴蜀一带喝过一种猴儿酒,是猴儿采集了各种果实,堆积在一起。这样,位于底层的果物,经过上层果物的挤压,渐渐地破裂,产生果浆。同时,由于上层果物隔绝了空气,就使得果浆与附着在一般果物表皮的野生酵母菌产生反应,就酿成了酒。”
                                                                                                                                                                “这种猴儿酒,极其珍贵,醇正的更是难寻。其实,喝猴儿酒对杯子和保存的方式,还有讲究,桃木雕刻再打磨出来的酒盅,是为上品。同时,这种猴儿酒要冰镇在泉眼中,一年四季冰凉透彻,这样既能保留果浆的清香,还能保持猴儿酒的酒劲儿。”
                                                                                                                                                                贾思邈望着那老人,尊敬道:“大师,我要是没有猜错的话,这个石眼,应该是个泉眼。”
