上桌时不是用的碗、碟之类的餐具,而是用的面盒、脸盒等;由于前几年螃蟹价格具高不下,对于普通百姓只好以虾代蟹过把瘾了,所以盱眙龙虾又被戏称为‘螃蟹助理’。盱眙龙虾,最著名最有影响力的是手抓十三香龙虾。其奥妙何在?看着红红的一盆虾子,热气腾腾,香味扑鼻,诱人食欲。吃的时候,麻、辣、鲜、美、香、甜、嫩、酥、肥、亮,令人欲罢不能。吃后余味不绝,绕手三日,叫人无法忘记。我们上学的时候,除了螺蛳,也吃不起螃蟹,只好拿这个盱眙龙虾打一打牙祭了!所以,至今仍然是我的最爱啊!那种感觉比小时候过年的感觉都美好强烈哦!这次,我可不说话了,自己动手,丰衣足食吧!陶阿姨,咱们吃吧?”

                                                                                                                                                                最后上来无锡传统名点桂花糖粥,由糯米、红枣、豌豆,甜桂花和白糖熬成,稠而不糊,红枣白粥,色泽诱人,桂花飘香,甜香可口。还有三鲜馄饨,馄饨以鲜肉、开洋、榨菜制成馅心,故称“三鲜”并以肉骨头吊汤、豆腐干丝、蛋皮丝为佐料。皮薄、馅多、汤鲜的三鲜馄饨,调脾和胃,清香适意。
                                                                                                                                                                “酒足饭饱,真是好久没有吃这么过瘾啦!”杨玉雅吃的爽快,用餐巾纸擦拭着油光光的樱唇,快意地娇笑道,“如果,每天都这样吃,估计回家的时候我就要肥胖起来喽!”
