肠?”看着那肠衣的厚度,张东问道。“看得出来吗?”
                                                                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                                                老头有些纳闷,仔细地盯着那几乎透明的肠衣,再一看张东,眼里尽是失落之色。“这么细、这么薄,难道是人肠?”张东没好气地说道。
                                                                                                                                                                这时,肠子被切开了。说实话,这肠子的外表没有多大的惊艳,不过当张东夹起来吃时,那特殊的口感却令他眼睛一亮。
                                                                                                                                                                外表的肠衣炸得已经极端酥脆,里面的肉却细腻绵滑,里外差别极大的口感让人产生一种冲突中很震撼的感觉。肠衣确实是普通的鸡肠,薄薄的炸起来很容易酥脆,张东尝了几块后,虽然还吃不出里面全部的料,但马上就挑出毛病,道:“老爷子,这菜吃起来感觉是很花心思,不过这味道也太清淡了吧?”“哦,清淡啊……”老头若有所思,并不反驳张东的话。
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           “对,除了肠衣油炸后的味道,里面的馅料太淡了。”张东很肯定地点了点头,道。老头倒不避讳,马上就把这两道菜的制作方法说出来。
                                                                                                                                                                第一道菜倒是简单——本地的水鸭炖汤,油脂特别多,以南姜调味后有点辛辣,有去湿驱寒的效果,鱼肉都是片得最薄的,几乎是锅一开就丢下去,搅拌均匀,端上来的时候基本就全熟了。这道菜看似花心思,但也有点敷衍,虽然味道不错,不过在标准吃货的眼里,有一个大得不行的败笔——荤混的菜肴,鱼肉吃不到水鸭汤的味道,汤又没有鱼肉的鲜美,感觉——点都不搭,混在一起有点勉强。
                                                                                                                                                                “确实有这毛病。”老头皱了一下眉头,看着张东问道:“那这肠子呢?太过清淡的话,有什么改进的办法吗?”“老爷子,我是外行,您千万别这么说。”张东不敢显摆,赶忙摆了摆手,表示自己除了吃之外什么都不懂。“没关系,我就高兴有人挑毛病。”老头哈哈一笑,一边提壶帮张东倒茶,一边笑眯眯地说:“你快挑,挑出毛病的话,这顿我请
